School Board Meeting
The Clayton Municipal School District #1 Board of Education will meet in Regular Session on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at 6:00pm in the Clayton Municipal Schools Board Room. A copy of the agenda will be available 72 hours prior to the meeting from the Superintendent at 323 S. Fifth Street, in Clayton, New Mexico. Memorial Softball Tournament
The 22nd Annual Lawrence Montoya Memorial Softball Tournament will be held July 3rd, 4th & 5th. Horseshoe Tournament, Homerun Derby & Cornhole Tournament will be held July 4th. Full Concession Stand will be available. All proceeds go towards our qualified Graduating Seniors. Coaches Meeting will be held June 26th at 6pm at Canopy. Entries paid then & will Draw for bracket. Distribution of USDA Commodities
Commodities will be distributed on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, from 10am to 1pm at the National Guard Armory (former UC Sheriff Department) on Airpark Rd. After 1pm, seconds can be picked up if available. If it’s your first time, bring personal ID and proof of residency. Commodities will be distributed without discrimination of race, sex, color, age, handicap, national origin, or religion. This institution is an Equal Opportunity Provider.
